My Friend is having coal mines cetificate & worked in Neyveeli & reired. He has got medical (One year) renwal.He wants in GraniteMines.But some body told only after change Exchange cetrificate from DGMS ,Dhanbad only to work. But some body told submit Rs5 postal order DMS, Chennai/Banglore with where you are working with all details will sufficent. you can work that particlar mines.Pl help in this regards.
