I am agreed with Santosh Sharma. Question should be asked from syllabus only. Further, there was no proper communication about examination center. Pinpointed date and venue of exam should be declared at least 15 days before commencement of such exam. Because most of the examinee are staying in the remote place (as the mines are in remote place). They have to book the railway/bus ticket and shall apply for leave in the Mine. Considering above points DGMS (Examination) should be serious for examinee. In this way they are not only playing with the fate of examinee but also with mine management. My words may hurt DGMS officials. But it is true. Due to fear, many of examinee are not opening their mouth. But during my journey to center and after completion of exam everyone were scolding DGMS (Examination) officials. Anyway I am not requesting to down your cutoff grade. But I am requesting DGMS officials to leave their care less attitude for conducting such a serious examination.

We appeared in FCC-Metal-Restricted-Exam-Legislation on 17.11.2016
Many questions (approx 12-15) were asked from U/G workings.
As it was restricted certificate exam,we not prepared for underground related questions.
It is humble request to DGMS that please give marks of these questions to every candidate and please remove the negative marks against these questions.
Due to fear of negative marks we not attempted many questions.
All authorities are requested to please remove the negative marking,
