we aredeeply saddened by the news of P.Dharma Rao sir's passing.
I want to recollect my association with him when I assisted him in preparation of Safety Management Plan for GDK10A Incline, SCCL. the SMP prepared by him stood as a guide to SCCL and other coal companies and I believe SMP prepared by him is the best one I have ever seen. it is only because of his understanding of mining practices, statute and his rich experience in under ground mining, which he want to spread to future mining engineers, his demise is a great loss to mining community.
may his soul rest in peace
