In continuation to my earlier mail on preparation of SOP attached please a find a model
SOP is not universal but is prepared activity wise and for each activity dissect sub activity and all sub activity assess risk level and identify the control measure.
Such control measures grouped will eventually become site specific SOP
These need exhibiting at the concerned site and in local language.
More of pictorial depiction will result in achieving the goal
