dear all,
can anybody guide:
1. if getting an ANFO licence in Haryana is possible for opencast mining?
2. if there are crushers at the foot hill of mines at 50-70 mts, use of ANFO is safe or it does not make any difference whether its ANFO/slurry or emulsion.
