Can anybody give a cause wise fatalities and serious injuries in China vis a vis India for the period from 1.04.2013 to 31.10.2013 to know about Safety Standards in these two developing countries.

Six people were killed and three others injured after a gas blast occurred
at a coal mine early Thursday morning in east China's Jiangxi Province,
local authorities confirmed.
The explosion happened at around 1:20 a.m. at Hexing Coal Mine in Baitu
Township of Fengcheng City, the provincial coal mine safety supervision
bureau said.
The injured miners are being treated in a local hospital. One of them
suffered serious injuries.
An investigation into the cause of the blast is underway.
