Dear Sir,
Qualification and experience of technical person preparing mining plan is at par in MCR 2016 with RQP certificates granted as per MCR 1960. Therefore, any application for grant of RQP certificate will not be entertained and all RQP certificate number issued in the past are not required to mention in the mining plan submitted for approval. However, as proof of qualification and experience, any body can either submit copy of ID, qualification and experience proof as per MCR 2016. However, copy of previously issued RQP certificate may be considered in support of qualification and experience in the document.
