1. Please write "Subject" that is meaningful and brief. This helps in grouping of messages by subject and for members to reply.
2. Be brief and to the point while writing and replying. It is a good idea to proof read your message before clicking"send" button.
3. Please do not use offensive/abusive language. This may lead to termination of membership.
4. Do not send THANK YOU messages. Such messages do not add value to the conversation in the Group. If you really wish to thank, please write directly to the person concerned on his email id and NOT to the Group as a whole. Please keep in mind that each message that gets posted here goes to over 5000 members.
5. Please do not attempt to post messages of commercial nature promoting products and services.
6. Posting of external links is not permitted. Instead you may post the summary of what you wish to convey.
7. While replying to a message relating to a vacancy for employment, please write directly to the person who has posted the message and NOT to the Group as a whole. The member posting the vacancy is the only person interested in your CV and NOT over 5000 members of the Group.
