Pl. refer page no.1 of the circular (Legislation) 2 of 2004.
A copy is attached herewith.
Previously, required qualification was SSC.
Vide the above circular, qualification has been changed to Senior SSC.

Dear Sirs,
I have applied for 2nd Class Mines Manager (Restricted) Exam for the Year 2014.DGMS has sent me Application Rejected due to Intermediate certificate(senior ssc) Not Enclosed.
I was surprised, we need to enclose sss or senior ssc certificate for Age Proof(I enclosed SSC certificate),Qualification certificate (Degree/Diploma)- I enclosed Degree certificate beyond FAC,Character,Experience Certificate.
There was no mentioning about "need to submit both ssc & Senior ssc" certificate in the application format . Any one is enough for Age Proof.There is No Justification for rejecting application for want of Senior ssc certificate even though we submitted ssc certificate.
Suggestion Please.
