What is the cost, initial as well as running cost?
Can we all share, if it is not more than a thousand rupees per year
per donor. We can scout for the donors, and find how many will come forward for contributing to this cause.
Or we can work out life membership and create a corpus fund, leaving it to you to manage the fund.
Or leave it in the present form if the above two suggestions are not workable.

Members may have noticed a significant change in the appearance of DGMS Mailing List. This has happened to all the Yahoo Groups and I have no control over it.
I understand there is a huge hue and cry over this change but Yahoo has not relented.
I would request the feedback/comment from members.
Since this was a free service there is not much I can do. The only other option is to host it as Bulletin Board by taking a hosting account from a Hosting Service provider but there is a cost to it. Alone, I am unable to bear the cost of new hosting of DGMS Mailing List.
Any offers/suggestions will be welcome.
