5 fatally electrocuted in SW China mine

Five people were killed and three others injured on Wednesday after an
electric shock in a coal mine in southwest China's Guizhou Province,
local
authorities said.
The accident occurred around 6 p.m. above ground at Yangliutian coal
mine in
Caiguan Township of Anshun City, a statement from Guizhou provincial
government said.
The injured people have been sent to receive treatment at hospital.
Further verification into the accident is under way, according to the
statement.
