My opinion
The HFL is of the area and not for the point. Pl. refer Reg 61 (1)(f) viii for water danger plan. Therefore you can mention H.F.L. of the area = ...... m above MSL.
The symbols mentioned in 2nd schedule is for the particular points to identify, Hence there is no symbol for HFL.
