Subject: DGMS Mailing List: MMDR Act as amended up-to-date
Members may be aware that Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 has recently been amended and amendments have come into force from 27th March 2015.
I wonder if any of the members have updated the MMDR Act, 1957 incorporating the latest amendments. If so, it will be a big help if we an updated copy of MMDR Act is shared here.
