in addition to that following should be observed.
1. as per licence condition, occupier should duly authorize driver to operate the explosive van.
2. As per rule no. 61(3) of explosive rule 2008 we should furnish the local police, the list of drivers operating the explosive vans and cleaners (with personal perticulars) for yearly police verification/reverification.
